What colors mean in the Query Analyzer
The SQL Query Analyzer is a GUI (graphical user interface) that enables you to design and execute T-SQL statements. You can launch the SQL Query Analyzer from the command prompt by running the ISQLW utility.

So what do those color means in the Query Analyzer when you write a statement?

The code you enter in the Editor window is colored by category, so here is a list with the default colors and their meaning
